EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time, we are not offering direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please follow these steps:

Refund and New Order:
- Return the original item(s) for a refund or store credit
- Place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website to ensure availability.

RETURN POLICY
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your items.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Try-On Policy: For hygiene reasons, try on your RESQME gear over your underwear.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for eligible returned items. This fee helps cover processing and handling costs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may return it following our return policy.
*Promotional and discounted products cannot be canceled once an order is placed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Promotional or Discounted Items: Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are eligible for store credit only, not refunds or exchanges.
- Underwear: For hygiene reasons, underwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If unsure of your size, we recommend ordering one piece to confirm the fit.
- All final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Parcel Return Due to Non-Pickup:
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-pickup after a delivery attempt, it will be held at the nearest post office for up to two weeks before being returned to us. We can resend the parcel at the customer’s expense. We will attempt to contact you up to three (3) times by email. If no response is received, store credit will be issued in place of a refund. Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by RESQME Studio.
Refund Process:
Refunds for returned items (excluding shipping costs and restocking fees) will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at admin@resqmestudio.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost for verified cases.

STORE CREDIT TERMS

Store credit is non-transferable, non-endorsable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Store credit may only be used on the original purchase country’s online store where the order was placed and cannot be applied across different countries, regions, or currency versions of our website.

Store credit must be used within the stated validity period and cannot be reissued once expired.

If you don’t have access to a printer, simply email us a completed return form.
