European Union Customers 🇪🇺

Taxes will be paid directly to RESQME Studio for orders up to €150, meaning no extra tax or duty on delivery.
For orders above €150, duties and taxes will be collected by your local customs office upon arrival.

United Kingdom Customers 🇬🇧

We’re currently updating our UK tax and duty process to offer a smoother, tax-inclusive checkout experience.
In the meantime, duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival by UK Customs.

U.S. Customers 🇺🇸

Taxes are paid directly to RESQME Studio — ensuring a hassle-free checkout with no additional charges on delivery.

Other Countries

Orders are processed according to each destination’s import tax and duty regulations.
All VAT, import taxes, and customs duties are determined by local authorities and are outside of RESQME Studio’s control.

*Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.
Often, your local customs office will send you a payment link via email or SMS, so please ensure your contact details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid missing important notifications.

Please be aware that your order can be subject to additional charges known as Duties & Taxes, which are set by international trade and protectionist policies between countries.
