14-DAY RETURN POLICY
At RESQMÉ Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Promotional & Discounted Items: Items purchased during a promotion or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Discount Codes: To remain eligible for a refund, do not use a discount code during checkout. Orders placed with a discount code are considered final sale.

Return Conditions: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear.

Underwear Policy: Underwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering only one piece to check the fit.

Hygiene Consideration: Returns requested after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Parcel Return Due to Non-Pickup: If a parcel is returned to us because it was not picked up, we will issue store credit for the product's purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. RESQMÉ Studio does not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover handling and restocking costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at admin@resqmestudio.com.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Include the Return Form: Please download, complete, and include the Returns & Exchange Form with your returned items.

Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address above. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and emailing the tracking number to admin@resqmestudio.com.

Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, minus the original shipping cost and any restocking fees.
